Lee Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. is incorporated as a private limited liability company in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Decree of 1990 on 11th November 1991.

The company is a leading indigenous EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Maintenance) company with wide range of experience within the oil, gas and power sectors of the Nigerian economy.

With an office at inception in 1991 at Warri, Delta state, the company over the years, through dints of hardwork and dedication to customer’s satisfaction has acquired the necessary technical capabilities that has enabled us to successfully execute major projects in the industry. Lee Engineering now has it’s Operational base at Warri, Delta State, Branch Office at Port Harcourt and Headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria, with overseas offices in the United Kingdom, Italy and the United States of America.

In the company’s continuous drive to pursue her vision and achieve excellence, the company today has become one of the most equipped oil and gas services provider with highly skilled and experienced manpower, ultra-modern workshop at Warri with state of the art equipment, modern oil and gas field engineering and construction tools with the capability to fabricate pressure vessels, heat exchangers, process modules, tanks and flare systems. Our workshop is duly certified (NCEC) by the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board.(NCDMB).

In 2007, the company expanded it scope to include operations and maintenance. Today Lee Engineering is a leading Operations and maintenance company achieved optimal performance in the operations and maintenance of OML 34 from 1st of January 2013 to 31st December 2016 and in other areas of its operations. The company today is a leading EPCOM company.

In the company’s avowed commitment to excellence and readiness to pursue both national and international aspirations, the company established Lee International Services Srl, Italy on 26th March 2010 for the provision of optimum support services for the oil and gas industry by creating an Intelligent single point one stop business solution for manpower training, technology development and transfer, international procurement, feasibility studies, detailed engineering designs, highly skilled international manpower provision, project management, plant turn around, reliability and commissioning services.
