As part of Lee Engineering’s own way of giving back to the society, the company has been involved in a lot of social responsibility and philanthropic activities. These activities have fostered excellent and harmonious relationships with our various host communities, and have received several accolades from both local and international bodies in appreciation of our constant and tireless contribution to the developmental needs of our host communities and its environs.
LEE Engineering has strong resolve to corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes engendered by our harmonious and supportive relationship with our host communities and governments. At LEE Engineering, we continually take proactive measures to ensure that there is no harm to the people and the environment.
Apart from the regular employment opportunities for both skilled and unskilled indigenes, we promote rural empowerment for the people by organizing apprenticeship training programmes for young school leavers, rural women empowerment by the provision of support grants for farming or artisanship, finally we provide industrial training programmes for students of higher institutions. We equally offer awards of scholarships for local indigenes of our host communities, provide support for peace initiatives and programmes, as well as support for socio-cultural and infrastructural development.
